Haus of Codec is growing from a volunteer-run organization to a provider of comprehensive services available to transitioned aged youth ages 18-24 years old.
We’ve taken steps to determine how best to prioritize our future efforts to help those who are most at risk due to abuse, domestic violence, systemic oppression and other factors as well as efforts to improve systemic and institutional responses to youth in at risk situations. As the demand for our unique services continues to grow, we are able to offer part-time and full-time positions to qualified candidates on an on-going basis.

The Shelter Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational needs of Haus of Codec’s Emergency Shelter, ensuring the completion of all program objectives, adherence to agency rules and regulations, and the safety and cleanliness of the shelter at all times. This position also will act as a point of contact for Clinical Oversight and directive for Haus of Codec’s client base in all housing programs including but not limited to our Emergency Shelter, Transitional Programming, Rapid Rehousing programming, and Outreach. This position ensures the compassionate and efficient provision of services to clients while supporting the agency’s mission.
